RADIANT CREATOR workshops are essential hubs upon which regional (or national) underutilised crop (UC) networks will be built. The workshops involve engagement of a wide range of stakeholders, including those at the farm-consumer-science crossroads.

CREATOR workshops aim to build partnerships for co-sharing and co-creating the knowledge to realise the true value of UCs. As such, the workshops adopt a participatory research approach and three are organised annually – one in each of three biogeographical regions (Atlantic/Boreal; Continental; and Mediterranean). These are open invitation events and are locally organised by one of RADIANTS AURORAs (farms) – each one offering different UCs, UC-based products, and value chain perspectives.
